MS Filter plants have been delivered to, or are on order to over 30 communities in Canada and the U.S.A.
Cowan Point is on Bowen Island a short ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay near Vancouver. A major up-scale residential development was planned for this part of the island that required a new water treatment plant. The island residents pride themselves on their clean protected environment while the development demanded the highest quality water available. The MS Filter system does not require treatment chemicals to be transported to the island and no chemical residue is produced. The raw water source is a small lake relatively high in organics. The MSF system provides 45% reduction in DOC and reduces turbidity from raw water levels of 0.5 to 1.8 NTU to less then 0.1 NTU after the filters.
